We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With tags
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, weโ€™ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can make it right.

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original and place a new order once your return is accepted.

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked.
The item must be in original condition: unworn, with tags, in its packaging, and with proof of purchase.


๐Ÿ’ธ Refunds

Weโ€™ll notify you once weโ€™ve received and inspected your return. If approved, youโ€™ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: It can take time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
